Established in 2014 in the Pacific Northwest leveraging more than 2 decades of industry knowledge and experience, Heritage Home Painting has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional quality, superior customer service, and professionalism that is unmatched in the industry.

Family Business
Heritage Home Painting is a 2nd (and 3rd) generation, TRULY family-owned & operated, establishment that fully embodies the spirit of the American Small Business! Since its launch in 2014, Heritage Home Painting has been a family-run business.
From sales & marketing and finance & accounting to operations and YES production, all aspects of the business are run by the husband and wife owners / management team, Dillon & Joanie, while the next generation is being groomed.
- Addyson is 14. She loves music, sports, and academics (math), and is passionate about volunteering/charity work.
- Hunter is 8. She LOVES everything rainbows and unicorns almost as much as she does being in 3rd grade.
- Reece is 6. He loves 'ninja' class, playing with his toys, chasing Enzo around, and fulfilling his duties as ‘little brother’ to his two big sisters.
Get to Know Us Better
Dillon comes from a background in the family painting business. His father was a bridge painter who launched Rands & Sons Painting in the early 90’s. Dillon stepped away from the business in 2004 in pursuit of a college education and a corporate job. Two business degrees later, a handful of years climbing the corporate ladder in banking & finance, and after moving almost three thousand miles to the PNW, Dillon answered the entrepreneurial call found his way back to his humble beginnings, and embraced his Heritage. Dillon oversees all daily business and production activities, works closely with clients as the project manager, and leads all production efforts and crew members.
Joanie is the daughter of one of Pennsylvania’s first women coal miners. Graduating at the top of her mortuary science class, Joanie has a professional background spanning two decades and covering all aspects of the funeral, cemetery, and pre-planning industry. As a decorated sales professional and former online and brick & mortar retail business owner, Joanie oversees the sales & marketing department activities and serves as the CFO.
